ACTION is the focus of our National Meeting!  Action includes: focusing on you, the client to affect change through data and innovation, delivery of service in a flexible, transparent manner and working toward continuous improvement.  By increasing our presence with our partners, adopting and improving upon good ideas of other companies, and continuous forward progress, we position you to reach your full potential.

We are reorganizing our methodology of quality data collection, sharing and providing timely feedback. Leveraging and empowering our partners, celebrating both small and large successes and proving you with efficient and innovation solutions at all time is our goal.

What else does this mean to you? It means sharing best practices and opportunities for technical assistance, program management including leveraging CMS and HIIN partners and subcontractors and providing quality leadership across the HIIN community.

We will kick-off the day with a celebration recognizing recipients of the 2nd Annual Premier HIIN Award for Excellence in Patient Safety Across the Board. Our morning will be filled with interactive group activities, focusing on your priorities and how we can better serve you in the upcoming year.  Participants will leave feeling energized about the upcoming work ahead.

The afternoon will be filled with information about the national opioid epidemic and findings from the Safer Post-Operative Pain Management pilot that we began October 2018 in coordination with the American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA), the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS) and the Institute for Patient- and Family-Centered Care (IPFCC).

It is our goal that you leave the meeting feeling energized about the upcoming work ahead. This meeting will provide an opportunity to learn from your peers and expand your professional network. We look forward to seeing you!

Amazon, Apple, apps, wearables, telemedicine, AI…Digital health innovations have the potential to transform how we deliver care and empower our patients.  As healthcare organizations, how do we capitalize on digital health innovations and organize for success?  How do we sort industry hype on digital innovation from reality?  What investments should we consider over the next few years to position our health system for success?

We’re pleased to offer members of the Population Health Management and Bundled Payment Collaboratives the opportunity to join us for a one-day meeting “Digital Disruption: Sorting the Signal from the Noise – How Health Systems Can Adapt for the Digital Health Era” on June 17-18, 2019 at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center in Nashville, TN.

During this unique offering, we’ll explore the impact of disruptive innovations, developing a digital health strategy, the legal considerations and current transaction activity associated with digital health, and near-term ways to optimize existing information technology, data assets and care models. We’ll also hear from members who are investing meaningfully in Digital Health.  They will share lessons from their journey as well as thoughts on how Digital Health will transform their organization and the industry.

Join us in Nashville to learn more and expand your understanding of how digital health impacts us all.

The Physician Enterprise Collaborative (PEC) is a facilitated forum that will drive enhanced medical group performance through analytics, collaboration, and measurement of outcomes that can set trends and influence healthcare policy. It provides an environment and means for leaders of medical groups to tackle common challenges like reducing medical group investment, increasing physician alignment, changing operating models for tomorrow, redesigning physician compensation plans, and integrating academic and community medical groups. The meeting will focus on how members can act as internal disruptors, the care teams of tomorrow, knowledge sharing of lessons learned from leading organizations and provider health.
