Chef Marcus Samuelsson: Sharing His Passion

Marcus Samuelsson is the acclaimed chef behind many restaurants worldwide. The youngest person to ever receive a three-star review from The New York Times, he has won multiple James Beard Foundation Awards. Samuelsson’s new TV series is titled “No Passport Required” with the second season airing this fall. A committed philanthropist and the author of multiple books, including The New York Times bestselling memoir “Yes, Chef,” he is the founder of the annual food and culture festival, Harlem EatUp! Culinary Creations Sensation

Join your fellow Foodservice attendees on a sunset riverboat cruise around Nashville for Premier’s annual Culinary Creations Sensation. The evening’s festivities will also include an award ceremony to announce the Classic Entree with a Twist recipe winner.
